CHALLENGES

  • Maintaining a uniform layout for press releases, especially when some include thumbnails and others are text-only.
  • Avoiding outdated assets being used externally by ensuring the latest files are always uploaded and replacing old versions across the site.

RESEARCH

UNDERSTAND PR

PR, short for public relations, is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships between an organization and its publics. Often working without a technical background, they need tools like WordPress to make publishing press releases as simple as sending an email. Their role frequently involves sending brand kit files repeatedly via email and managing urgent media inquiries, all while ensuring the organization’s messaging remains consistent and professional.
